    Which all ERP and Accounting Softwares do you support?

    We have integrated CashPundit with QuickBooks online, SageOne, Sage 50 USA, Tally, Oracle Financials, SAP ECC Hana, and Orion. We are in the process of integrating CashPundit with many other reputed ERPs and Accounting Softwares and hope to complete the process in the next 6 months.

    Do you have a smartphone app?

    Yes, CashPundit is one of the world’s first companies that provides major sales, receivables, and collections reports on smartphones. Our Android version of app is fully updated with all the features. Our iOS version of the app has the basic reports and is yet to be updated with all the standard reports. We hope to update iOS app also shortly.

    What are the up front costs to joining CashPundit?

    QuickBooks online and SageOne accounting software users can try CashPundit for free for 30 days. The pricing after the trial period is given in the pricing page. Businesses using other accounting softwares need to pay the subscription fee as given in the pricing page, before they start using CashPundit. In some cases, implementation charges may also apply.

    Is my data secure?

    We adopt industry appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, to protect your personal Information, username, password, transaction information and data stored in your user account. These security measures include: password protected directories and databases to safeguard your information and SSL (Secure Sockets Layered) technology to ensure that your information is fully encrypted and sent across the Internet securely. Our servers are hosted on one of the top hosting companies whose portfolio covers all three critical security areas: physical security; operational security; and system security. User access is restricted based on approved IP address for lap tops and desktop computers, and on devise ID for smartphones.

    Can I cancel my trial or subscription?

    Yes, you can cancel your subscription if you are the admin of your subscribed account. If you are a trial user and you do not subscribe to the service before the end of the trial period, your account will automatically get cancelled.

    Does CashPundit support multi-currency?

    If your ERP or accounting software supports multi-currency, the same gets reflected in CashPundit.

    How long does my data stay in CashPundit?

    If you want to stop using CashPundit, you can do so at any time. The data stays in CashPundit for 30 days after you remove your organization. In case you restart CashPundit within this 30 day period, you can start using the old data also. In case you do not restart CashPundit within these 30 days, the data will be deleted from CashPundit. No employee of CashPundit has access to your data.

    What is the “from” address on emails sent from CashPundit to my clients?

    You can decide from which email ID do you want to send emails to your customers. You can configure CashPundit to send emails from your gmail, or your business email IDs.

    What happens if I do not pay the subscription before the due date?

    When you log into your account, you’ll see on your dashboard a reminder few days before the expiry of your subscription informing you to pay your subscription on or before the due date. We allow a grace period of 7 days before your account goes from “past-due” status to “suspended” status. You need to pay your subscriptions amount to get your account released from suspended status.

    Do you writeback any data into our ERP or accounting software?

    We only read data and do not write back any data into your ERP or accounting software.
